Exchange Policy

✅ Unstitched outfits can be exchanged for another article of equal value.

✅ Stitched outfits are not eligible for exchange, but we offer alteration services for size and fitting adjustments.

❌ Stitched and unstitched outfits are non-refundable.
❌ No exchange or refund on stitched outfits.
❌ We do not offer any cash refunds.
✅ However, we offer store credit equal to the amount paid, which can be used for any future purchase.

❌ Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of placement.
❌ Sale items are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
